High Quality viewing with a 70 inch horizontal screen Screen in video is 4 feet X 5 Feet(capable of 100 inch +, decent quality with dark room) DVDs/Video played from my laptop using kmplayer (video is rotated and shrunk using kmplayer settings. This is because the 17 ” screen is bigger than the overhead display area and is also rotated 90 degrees to lie/fit properly on the overhead. The overhead is connected via my laptops VGA and is displayed as my second monitor with XP extended onto it. I then used a black background wallpaper so the video blends nicely onto the screen. The clear box you see next to the overhead is the LCD power supply and video connections. I mounted it vertically (in the box) so the cable fits right next to the LCD. Total Price:$120….hours spent ~ 24 hours construction time, and a somewhat adept computer skill level.
