Nview ViewFrame TFT Projection Panel w/ 3M 9200 OHP (410w halogen bulb)


I removed the protection glass from both sides of the projection panel, and then split the ohp’s fresnel and put one side over the lcd. ¡The image is pretty bright!, a lot brighter than my other OHP (Apollo 8800, 250w). The 3M has a triplet lens, so it has GREAT focusing and doesn’t have that bright spot in the middle of the screen that appeared with the Apollo’s simple lens.

DIY Projector with better bulb!


Projected size from my home made projector - using plans available for free from Lumenlab.com. Projector uses overhead PJ optics with a 15″ LCD monitor and a new 400 watt metal halide ‘EYE’ bulb. This bulb is brighter, leans toward the yellow spectrum, and has a reflector in place.
