Nview ViewFrame TFT Projection Panel w/ 3M 9200 OHP (410w halogen bulb)

I removed the protection glass from both sides of the projection panel, and then split the ohp’s fresnel and put one side over the lcd. ¡The image is pretty bright!, a lot brighter than my other OHP (Apollo 8800, 250w). The 3M has a triplet lens, so it has GREAT focusing and doesn’t have that bright spot in the middle of the screen that appeared with the Apollo’s simple lens.

DIY Projector (First Test)

I obtained a damaged LCD screen from work, stripped it down leaving just the power supply, VGA controller and lcd panel. I also obtained a standard overhead-projector.

This was just the first test, I plan on getting a brighter bulb for the projector, a white wall to display it on, a table to prop it up on and attach some fans to cool the LCD (projector gets hot!)
